All orders for Singapore are delivered from our Singapore warehouse within 1-3 business days after receiving the order. Please note that during peak periods this may be increased slightly.
We offer free delivery on all orders over $80 and for orders below $80 there is a $6 flat delivery fee.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at customercare@sunriseclick.com within 14 days of receiving your order with your order reference number and details of the defect. We will then investigate the cause of the defect and if we find that we have sent a defective item or the item has been damaged during shipping we will arrange for the item to be picked up and sent back to us. We will then arrange for you to receive a replacement item. Please make sure you hang on to the original packaging, box and receipt. Return shipping arrangements and costs will be on us.
