Returns and Refunds
Damaged items upon Receiving
If you have received a defective item, please contact us at customercare@sunriseclick.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order reference number and details of the defect. We will then investigate the cause of the defect and if we find that we have sent a defective item or the item has been damaged during shipping we will arrange for the item to be picked up and sent back to us. We will then arrange for you to receive a replacement item. Please make sure you hang on to the original packaging, box and receipt. Return shipping arrangements and costs will be on us.
Different items upon Receiving
If you received a different item than what you ordered, you can contact us at customercare@sunriseclick.com within 7 days of receiving your order with your order reference number and full details of the item which is different from what you ordered. We will ascertain the reason for the discrepancy. If we find we have made a mistake, we will arrange for the item to be picked up and sent back to us. We will then arrange for you to receive the correct item. Please make sure you hang on the original packaging, box, and receipt. Return shipping arrangements and costs will be on us.
General return policy
We want our equipment to optimize your game, so if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns. If you change your mind within 30 days of receiving your gear, please do the following to return your item to us:
- Contact us at customercare@sunriseclick.com to report your return (please provide your order number and name of items to be returned).
- Arrange for the item to be shipped back to us. We suggest you either use the original shipper for your returns, or that you use another service that allows you to track and insure your package until we receive it. We can only issue your refund once we have received the item, so make sure it arrives safely to us!
- Alternatively you can drop off the goods yourself but please note our strict operating hours. We can also arrange for the item to be picked up from your house or office but there will be a $5 deduction from your refund should you choose this service
- Once we receive the item we will inspect it to make sure it meets our terms and conditions (see below).
- If the returned item meets our requirements you will receive the refund to your original payment method equal to the sales value of the item returned. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please note that our warehouse operating hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm (excluding 1-2pm)
Item must be unused and in their original condition
All original tags (including SunriseClick tags) must be attached to the item and original packaging must be in the original condition. For example a returned shoe must come with the tags, shoe box and paper wrapping.
All free gifts that came with the items must also be returned
Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your products
SunriseClick reserves the right to reject any return claim
Badminton frames strung by SunriseClick are strictly non-returnable because we believe that every frame we sell to our customers must be brand new
Returned products will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Team to ensure that the items are in the correct condition. This process may take up to 3 business days and please note that all decisions regarding returns will be final. If our Quality Assurance Team rejects your return please note that we will send your returned product back to you.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method only. We are unable to do exchanges or cash refunds. Please note that refunds may take between 5-10 business days to process.
Warranty Claims
Don't worry about defective item! Just follow the steps below for your replacement or store credit refund.
- Contact us at customercare@sunriseclick.com to begin the investigation process.
- When we receive the defective item, we will immediately inspect them.
- If we find there is a manufacturing defect with the item we will send you a replacement!
- Terms and conditions for defective item:
If no manufacturing defect is found we will return the item to you. - All claims will be heavily investigated and are subject to the findings of the investigation
- Warranty does not cover the following:
Claims must be made within 6 months from the date of purchase - Strings, grip tapes, and other accessories related to the racquets
- Damage to paint work, corrosive damage and other damages due to use and/or wear and tear
Clash Support
Don't worry about breaking your racquet during play whether it's from in-game collisions, powerful smashes or your general domination on the court. SunriseClick has got you covered!
If you break your racquet that was purchased from SunriseClick during play we will let you purchase a replacement at 30% off the racquet's full price (not the discounted price) as long as we have stock of the item. This validity holds for three months from the date of purchase. Please contact us at customercare@sunriseclick.com to begin your claim process.
Additional terms and conditions for Clash Support:
The full price of the racquet purchased must be over S$80.
You must be able to present the receipt or give the order number to our Customer Care.
If your claim is successful SunriseClick will keep the racquet for which clash support was claimed.
Replacement racquets will not qualify for any existing promotions e.g. free gifts with racquet purchase etc.
This offer is not valid for replacement racquets acquired using our Clash Support guarantee.
Delivery fees for the replacement racquet may apply.
Non Returnable items
We want you to be fully satisfied, but the following items are non-returnable:
- Badminton frames strung by SunriseClick because we believe that every frame we sell to our customers must be brand new
- Sale items
- Free and gifted items
- Limited Edition items
- All original tags (including SunriseClick tags) and packaging must be attached to the item. If it is removed, this item is no longer returnable. Please look out for these tags and only remove them when you're sure you want to keep the item.
